Becoming a Real Estate Agent can be an exciting and rewarding career but it will not happen overnight.. The top Real Estate Agents work long hours and deal with all manner of issues. If you have the drive and dedication, there is no limit to what you can accomplish. Below are some of the requirements for attending school and becoming a successful Real Estate Agent.
Must be 19 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Be a citizen resident or have alien resident status.
Not have a license denied in another state for the past two years.
Not been found guilty of a Felony or a crime of Moral Turpitude. Example: shoplifting or writing bad checks.
Providing real estate training, licensing, and continuing education.
60 Hour Pre License: Classes to begin on February 3, Books will be at Classroom.
30 Hour Post-License:
