Kimberly is a licensed Realtor®, Broker/Owner of an independent brokerage — Sweet HOMElife Real Estate — and a Real Estate Instructor who owns Real Estate Prep Academy.
She is also a former business coach with Get A Real Estate Life, where she coached six-figure agents based out of Birmingham, and a broker business coach with the national coaching company The Locker Room.
Kimberly has a heart for new agents and the enthusiasm they bring to the industry. As an instructor, she uses humor, storytelling, and graphics to make learning fun for everyone — and to target every student’s individual learning style.
She is the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® 2018 Broker of the Year, 2024 President of AREEA (Alabama Real Estate Educators Association), and a Board of Directors member for the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® for two consecutive terms (2022—2027).
