- Sweet HOMElife Real Estate is based in Oneonta, AL and serves the greater Birmingham metro — including Blount, Jefferson, St. Clair, and surrounding counties.
- Do you work with first-time buyers?
- Absolutely. A large portion of my business is guiding first-time buyers through financing, inspections, negotiation, and closing — at a pace that feels comfortable, not rushed.
- How do you price a home for sale?
- I prepare a tailored market analysis using recent comparable sales, current competition, and the unique features of your property — then we set a price strategy designed to sell, not sit.

- Who is the Academy for?
- Anyone preparing for the Alabama real estate licensing exam — whether you are brand new to the industry or returning after time away.
- What makes your teaching style different?
- I use humor, storytelling, and visuals to target multiple learning styles. My students consistently say the material finally 'clicks' in a way it didn't with traditional prep.
